The History of Philip and Sandie

Sandie Baumann grew up near Zurich, Switzerland. As a child she was taught in ballet, ice skating and playing the flute. At the age of 11 she visited a children's course and discovered dancing.
At the age of 17 she danced in her first competition. In the next year she had a dancing break while living in the U.S.A as an exchange student.
From late 1991 until 1997 she danced in the 10 dances with her brother Oliver and made it to the World Class. Shortly after becoming a pro, Oliver stopped competing and Sandie started with Philip, who was also to become her husband. In December 99 their son Jason was born.
